Advantages:

Расположение удобное, метро «Мякинино» рядом, торговый центр «Вегас» рядом.

Disadvantages:

Грязная квартира, везде волосы, на человека одно полотенце на все дни проживания. Посуды практически нет, а если и есть вся «убитая». Вытяжки все очень грязные.
