На нижнем этаже дома расположена баня с зоной отдыха. Вместимость 5-6 человек. Включена в стоимость аренды.
Для детей до 10 лет на участке имеется детская площадка.
В доме есть все необходимое: постельное бельё, полотенце, тапочки, шампуни, мыло, зубная паста, посуда для приготовления и сервировки.

WI-FI не проведен. Колонок нет.

Дом сдаётся строго лицам от 26 и старше!
