В квартире:
— Полностью укомплектована: техника, посуда, бельё, полотенца, средства гигиены
— Большой балкон (ремонт пока приостановлен, там прохладно, но летом будет уютно)
— Ванная с подсветкой, белоснежный текстиль, приятные мелочи

Парковка:
На территории есть платная парковка — 300₽/сутки, место нужно бронировать заранее.

Правила проживания (важно!):
— Заезд с 15:00 до 22:00, выезд до 12:00
— Паспорт обязателен, проживают только гости, указанные в брони
— Дети и третий гость — оплачиваются отдельно
— Животных нет, строго без исключений
— Никаких вечеринок, шума, курения (включая балкон)

По уборке:
Гости убирают за собой сами (посуда, мусор). Поленились- уборка за счёт залога.

Нарушение правил → немедленное выселение без возврата денег.
