Advantages:

В целом квартира неплохая, расположение удобное, никакого шума от соседей и с улицы не слышно, получилось выспаться

Disadvantages:

Меняйте уборщицу, она вас обманывает) Сушилка с постельным бельём и полотенцами стояла в и так маленьком пространстве, придумайте что-нибудь с этим
